Human Worth are proud to present the kaleidoscopic debut album from Joyce, fronted by Jimmy Watkins – formerly of Future of the Left, and current founder of worldwide running community Running Punks – featuring members of The Cure, Big Special, God Damn and Adwaith, with a portion of all proceeds donated to charity.

Joyce is a brand new project from Jimmy Watkins – a GB olympic athlete who quit for rock & roll. For this project Jimmy has brought together an array of talented musical friends, including the likes of Phil Thornalley (The Cure), Joe Hicklin (Big Special), Gwenllian Anthony (Adwaith) and Paul Broome (Fauxchisels).

‘Voyce’ was produced by Thom Edward (God Damn) at KK’s Steel Mill founded by legendary Judas Priest guitarist Kenneth “K. K.” Downing, Jr. The album is a true kaleidoscope of sounds, exploring the musician’s large array of musical influences, from up-tempo indie pop bangers, to moments of contemplative spoken word, alongside hits of blown-out noise rock.

Joyce made their radio debut on the Craig Charles show on BBC6 Music and will be celebrating the release of the album with a full US tour planned for autumn, where Jimmy will be running and gigging his way across America for a documentary about his life, running and music produced by Progress Film.

Releasing in full 13th September, Human Worth have pressed up a limited run of “Kaleidoscopic” Deluxe Eco Mix Vinyl, housed in a stunning package designed by paper artist, Modern Technology drummer and Human Worth founder Owen Gildersleeve, with 10% of all proceeds donated to charity Prostate Cymru – a voluntary group dedicated to fighting Prostate Cancer, procuring equipment and raising awareness in the Welsh Principality.
