Fucking Lovely – Catalogue of Errors

Human Worth are proud to present the killer EP 'Catalogue of Errors' from new noise project Fucking Lovely, with a portion of proceeds donated to charity.

Fucking Lovely is an evolving noise project brought into being by Joel Harries from 72%. Featuring Luc Hess (Coilguns / Closet Disco Queen) on drums and Thomas Lacey (Cower / Yards / The Ghost of a Thousand) on vocals, this record came together through shared connections with Human Worth and brief meetings playing gigs in 2019. The music grew steadily from the initial guitar & drum machine tracks into the frantic and unnerving songs of “Catalogue Of Errors”. Joel’s mangled guitar & synth parts are given a furious energy by Luc’s intricate yet powerful drumming and Thomas Lacey’s howling, wry lyricism.

The EP was recorded remotely between the UK & Switzerland. With vocal sessions at Bear Bites Horse Studios, engineered by Wayne Adams. Drum sessions at Hummus Records HQ in La Chaux-de-Fonds, engineered by Kevin Galland. All other instrumentation was recorded and the final production mixed in Joel’s Manchester based studio. This spirit of collaboration that drives the project might see other incarnations arise but this trio will certainly be heard again!

Human Worth have pressed up a limited edition of 100 cassettes, featuring the stunning artwork of Thomas Lacey, with 10% of all proceeds donated to The Trussell Trust, who are supporting more people than ever during the current cost of living crisis.
